Everything you need to attend, sponsor, or serve on a Walk to Emmaus. Soon each form will be filled out online right here; the sections below explain what each one is for.

Pilgrim Application

Attending a Walk? Start here. A complete application needs three forms: this one, the Clergy Form (your pastor signs), and the Sponsor Form (your sponsor completes). Names and birth dates must match on all three. Email all three signed forms, with the $255 fee (meals, lodging, and supplies included), to registrar@austinemmaus.org. Tell us early about any special needs so we can prepare.

Sponsor Form

Part of every pilgrim application. Sponsorship is the most important job in Emmaus: sponsors explain the Walk to their pilgrim before the weekend, see that all three forms are signed and submitted together, and care for the pilgrim's family while they are away.

Clergy Form

Part of every pilgrim application. This form is completed and signed by the pilgrim's pastor. Pilgrims are expected to be active members of a Christian congregation.

Scholarship Form

We do not want the cost of the Walk to keep anyone from attending. Scholarships are available for pilgrims and team members, typically covering up to one-third of the cost; requests for more go to the board. Email the completed application to treasurer@austinemmaus.org.
